I used the Donut or Coffee Shop from 2019's set 60233 'Donut Shop Opening' as a basis for a full 16x16 stud mini modular building with 2 levels and maintaining that fantastic giant donut on the top. This fits great into my LEGO city and has a great cops and robbers story to it.
