Melvin "Skull" Farmer and Juice talk about growing up in James Garrett's home on 84th Street during the Westside Crip and early Eight Tray Gangster Crip era. James Garrett eventually moved to 104th Street and St. Andrews with his wife Esther to a house that Stanley Tookie Williams spent a lot of time in. Tookie used to lift weights in the back of the house with other Westside Crips and it became a known hangout. In 1979, James Garrett turned over a shotgun that was purchased by Tookie to the police and told the police that Tookie had killed the three Chinese people at the hotel on 104th & Vermont and he became the star witness of the trial.
