It 50 years since the first man stepped foot on the moon but to get there a massive new engine was needed the power the Saturn V rocket. The Rocketdyne F-1 would be that new engine but was so unstable it would almost be the downfall of the whole Apollo program. So how did the F-1 go from zero to hero.
