Shirley Raines offers food, showers, and beauty services to the homeless people of Skid Row in Los Angeles. She always had a passion for helping out the homeless but got started offering the beauty services after many women showed interest in her hair and makeup. From there Shirley created her own organization to help the homeless, Beauty 2 the Streetz.
