The homeowner spent almost a year and $85,000 starting the renovation process when he heard about the HGTV show that would rescue his project. Approx. 75% of the main floor was remodeled by contractor Jasmine Roth, via HGTV’s ‘Help, I Wrecked My House’, They came in and invested another $160,000 to finish much of the main floor.

Matt Luke and Nelida Mora with Major League Properties were hired to sell the property as-is and we recommended to the seller that he allow us to help him finish the renovations in partnership with REVIVE, a company that does pre-sale renovations with no upfront cost to the homeowner as their contractors are paid at the close of escrow.

We just finished up the planning stage of what will be a 3-month process. We will finish the main floor, the top and bottom floors, the roof, exterior front and back of the house. If he were to sell as is, an investor would come in and expect a bargain price so that they can finish the project and potentially sell it for much more. With our help, the homeowner will now reap the benefits of the renovation that he dreamed of when he initially started this journey.
