We put off renovating the bathroom for the back that of all the spaces in this abandoned house the bathroom worked! It was not glamorous but it functioned. We focused on the other areas of the home that were not working or not safe first and we really dont regret leaving this place to this point because we now know what direction we want to head in this home.
