The main ingredient in two of the recipes in this video is pork belly! Pork belly prepared according to this recipe can be eaten both hot and cold. This is an ideal substitute for sausage, because it is natural meat combined with your favorite spices. Incredible aroma and results. Ingredients and preparation:
1.3 kg pork belly
Salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp chili flakes
Black pepper
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp adjika
5 cloves of garlic
Branch of rosemary
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Bake for 60 minutes at 180C, top/bottom heat
Brush the pork belly with the remaining marinade and meat juice
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180 °C, possibly with convection

Recipe 2:
1.5 kg pork belly
Black pepper
Salt
3 onions
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of herbs from Provence
½ teaspoon chili flakes
Add 50 ml soy sauce
400 ml light beer
Cook for 60 minutes over low to medium heat
