Make sure to follow these few tips when you get ready to frame your own basement. It can save you a ton of time and money in re-dos.

The biggest mistake that I see being made is not using treated lumber when the wood comes in contact with concrete. That one single mistake can be HUGE pain in the you-know-what to fix if your walls are already ram set (affixed) to the floor.
