Aging and staying fit means changing your routine to accommodate your new lifestyle. For me that means making fitness easily accessible, effective and having a short recovery time. While I used to commit many hours a day working out and many more hours recovering, I now have changed my approach to fitness and I now keep equipment in my home and break my routine up into mini sessions of “exercise” to get more movement throughout my day. In this video I will show you the equipment I use and how a typical day may look for me.
