PINEWOOD LANTERN

This wood lantern is handmade from one single 2" x 2" x 6' piece of pine wood. The Pine is resawned into thin sheets of wood and then edge-glued using a tension jig form. The frame is assembled using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. The wood light can be hung as a lantern pendant from the ceiling or used as a table side lamp.
