Dear Playaudio - Smooth Jazz and more listeners: this is the first of more releases to come that aim to introduce to you new recordings of selected Jazz artists that in our opinion really deserve your attention.
This release is dedicated to an extraordinary Italian voice: Silvia Donati. Many of you already know her for previous recordings made with us. This recording needs to be particularly highlighted though: it's a Smooth Jazz version of a phenomenal song composed and written by Joe Jackson in 1982 and being part of his masterwork-album "Night and day".
The singer is accompanied in this song by an exceptional cast: Massimo Tagliata on piano (and accordion), Max Turone on double bass, Roberto Rossi on drums. We hope you'll enjoy. Let us know.
