This video shows off Mike (Not Balrog/Boxer) lol i wish capcom kept him as balrog since they gave him the costume but they said they are separate characters.
(in japan Balrog is still mike bison so they need to do is call him Mike Balrog,
like they did with charlie calling him charlie nash)
