Back at the 2020 ARA Show in Orlando Granite Industries launched their first ever Create Your Cart Contest. The goal was to get the best new cart ideas from the people who are in the industry each and every day. The winner would get to see their concept come to life and get a final version for free. 

One idea from Brandon Johnson at Air Extreme stood out above the rest. He wanted to see Granite develop a power cart specifically for the inflatable and bounce house industry. This new cart would need a more powerful drivetrain, a bigger battery pack and a frame that was able to handle the biggest inflatables on the market. Granite worked with him over the next year to develop the Big Herc!

The Big Herc features the biggest direct drive motor (950 Watts), the biggest battery pack (39 amp hrs) and the biggest frame on the market.  Granite optimized pull back leverage by adjusting angle of the cart and by adding a kick plate and infinite loop handles that ensure the perfect grip at all times.  Another feature unique to the Big Herc is the 13" dual ag flat free tires which offer maximum performance on hard surfaces and grassy inclines. Built into the frame are pockets for E-Ratchet straps and also standard D-ring ratchet straps.
