Finally putting together old footage from the end of last year and this was one of my favorite days. We started the morning at the Knoxville HonorAir breakfast, once again honoring the Veterans that took the flight to DC and watched the highlight video they put together for them.

We then headed over to the University of Tennessee for some Vol football to watch the Tennessee Vols take on UT Martin. Tennessee football at Neyland Stadium is one of the best ways to spend a Saturday in the Fall.

After the game, we headed over to the Cotton Eyed Joe in Knoxville for some pool, food, and line dancing. It's the best are in Tennessee for line dancing in our opinion and it's a great place for the kids to hang and have fun.

More on the HonorAir Flight below πŸ‘‡πŸ»:

HONORAIR KNOXVILLE takes WWII, Korean and Vietnam veterans from East Tennessee to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built to honor their sacrifice - at no charge to the veteran.

No amount of gratitude could ever repay the debt for the gift of democracy veterans gave the world. However, HonorAir Knoxville is dedicated to honoring East Tennessee World War II, Korean War and Vietnam veterans and the sacrifices they made to ensure our freedoms.
