Rodolphe Landemaine est boulanger-pâtissier à Paris et au Japon. Il fonde en 2007 Maison Landemaine puis en 2020 Land & Monkeys, une boulangerie 100% sans produits d’origine animale et sans plastiques. Il est venu raconter son parcours, son engagement pour l’environnement et la cause animale, et sa vision d'une alimentation végétale aux étudiants du Diplôme de Pâtisserie Innovation et Santé.

Rodolphe Landemaine is a baker and pastry chef in Paris and Japan. In 2007, he founded Maison Landemaine and in 2020 Land & Monkeys, a bakery that is 100% free of animal products and plastics.
