Ingredients:

200ml lukewarm milk
20g yeast
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
pinch of salt
125g butter
470g flour
oil

butter mixture:
50g butter
125g sugar
2 tbsp raw sugar for sprinkling

Bake: 180°C / 356°F 30 min.
