To make the most of the quarantine orders in California, we decided to make a DIY lounge sofa so we can properly binge watch Netflix when we're not supposed to be working from home.

Using only five sheets of plywood, a twin sized mattress and a few large pillows from IKEA, we were able to make this couch over the weekend.

This sofa fits perfectly in our living room and when we have guests over, we can simply convert it into another guest bed. It looks great, seats us comfortably, and doubles as a daybed!

We used our CNC to cut the back spines, but it can be easily replicated with a jigsaw. Dimensions are available on our website at: https://imeemade.com/blog/loungesofa
