Mason jar of your choice. Smaller ones can be purchased at the Dollar Tree. The larger ones I get at WalMart or ShopRite.

Spray paint of your choice - gold and gloss clear

The solar lights from the Dollar Tree are too small to fit in or on top of the mason jar lid so I purchase mine from Amazon.

Mason jar hanger. Amazon has all diff types. They come in black, some are chains. You can do a search for "Mason Jar hanger" but here is a link to the ones I used.

Clear Waterslide paper - I used Koala Brand purchased from Amazon:

Tools typically used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120. Scissors, weeding tools, transfer tape. 91% alcohol, paint or makeup brushes, mod podge, dusk mask, chemical mask, gloves, mixing stick, mixing cups.
