There were only a dozen or so surfers at Bali's Padang Padang early this morning, which is definitely unusual for this time of year. The numbers did increase a bit, but there were still less than twenty surfers out there at the peak. It wasn't at its best, but some good tubes were threaded before the tide came in fast and fattened things up.
