Video tour of our Ford Transit Campervan conversion, built with a mountain bike focus. This setup is great for our trips around Scotland, the UK and Europe with mountain bikes. Video covers what we've used in our Ford Transit campervan build, why we chose this layout, how we’ve managed storage with the mountain bikes and some handy tips. As we are based in Scotland all our materials were sourced from the UK through websites and shops.

This is a LWB (not MWB as noted in the vid!) high roof van and a 2011 MK7 model of Ford Transit. It's well insulated and we've used it for loads of Europe adventures from ski trips in Austria to summer mountain bike trips to Finale Ligure (in a heatwave of 40c!). There's nothing better than finishing your ride, chucking the bikes in and opening a beer next to the beach or chilling in the mountains. Van life is super, both in the UK and abroad!

Our van conversion includes a slide out bed, sofa area, kitchen with 2 ring gas stove, storage cupboards, fold out table, lights, USB sockets, fridge and heater. For us this is perfect for van life :).
