Installing an ERR Cruise Commander in a set of Williams Baltimore and Ohio E7s

Part 1 of ??

This set came to me from @NixCrossing and in order to understand how the cruise commander works, I’ve torn the engines down to do a service and rebuild. I’ll be reinstalling the Cruise Commander, and hopefully getting a better understanding of how to install and troubleshoot this upgrade.
