May 28th is Menstrual Hygiene Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about menstrual health and breaking the taboos surrounding menstruation. It’s a day to empower individuals of all genders and promote access to proper menstrual hygiene management.

Did you know that millions of people lack access to safe and hygienic menstrual products? This affects their health, education, and overall well-being. By supporting Menstrual Hygiene Day, we can help address this critical issue and create lasting change.

Each month the Women of Wave get together with the CoFounders to continue to promote an inclusive environment. As we are approaching the Menstrual Hygiene Day (MHD) we have asked some of the team to experience what a period cramp feels for some of us. Here is how that went…
