Pit crew training for Formula 1 is much more intense than you think! Long hours, dangerous situations and gruelling physical training are all a part of getting them ready to be in the pit for those precious seconds on a stop during a race. We know that F1 drivers like Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen have trained hard to drive around the track, but the pit crew also undergo intense training to get where they are!
