The final machined surface for the swivel base I wanted to pull off on the cnc mill. With Fusion 360 I used a 2D Bore cycle to quickly and easily milled the angular wall of the counterbore and cleaned up the bottom face to the spec needed. With the bottom face machined the base now has the proper clearance to pivot on the swivel bolt.
