Despite the US and International community warning Israel not to retaliate against Iranian aggression, on Friday the 19th April 2024 the Israeli Air Force responded to the unprecedented Iranian missile attack on Israel by firing several missiles at an Iranian missile defence installation.
ABC news reported that the Israeli missile strike was launched outside of Iranian territory and was aimed at a radar site near the city of Isfahan that protects the Natanz nuclear facilities. According to an unnamed Israeli official the air strike was Israel’s attempt to display its miliary prowess and its ability to strike at the heart of the Iranian regime without escalating the situation.
