Photographing Route 66 on Film | Santa Rosa, New Mexico | Yashica Mat-124 & Fuji Pro 400H
Hi there! Today's video is the start of a series I will be making about photographing Route 66 on film. I think it would be cool to make separate videos about the various towns you can stop at along Route 66. That way each stop gets a little love. I got this idea when we were planning a road trip to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Our trip would have us driving on Route 66 most of the way, so it was the perfect time to begin documenting the mother road. This video covers the town of Santa Rosa, New Mexico. It's one of the lesser-known stops along Route 66, but it's definitely worth a stop! For this video I was shooting on medium format film using Fuji Pro 400H and my Yashica Mat-124 TLR.
