Whats Best? E-biking from the campground or flat towing a car behind a class C motorhome to travel away from the RV parks while camping? Rebecca Childress is new to the rv life, and is now full time RVing, solo, in her 29' class C motorhome. When Rebecca left in her RV she planned to get everywhere on her electric bike to get lots of exercise and fresh air. The ebike was great for fun rides, but the e-bike wasn't enough as a primary mode of transport away from the motorhome and campground. She decided to flat tow a small Honda HRV behind her RV for a few reasons which will be discussed in her latest RV video. She also had to decide the easiest,safest and overall best flat tow setup, including which towbar, and which flat tow braking system to use in the TOAD car! But there was still one thing missing after everything was setup..how to know what the dinghy was doing behind the RV. Rebecca isn't new to being a full time nomad - she took the last 17 years and sailed around the world in her bluewater sailboat 'Brick House' with her late husband Patrick Childress who she lost to Covid in 2020. She knows how important it is to have a plan A and a plan B...Safety on her RV just makes her feel less anxiety when driving a big class C motorhome towing a dinghy, down fast highways and curvy and mountainous country roads!
