The Rural Recovery Development Opportunities and Career Services (RR-DOCS) program targets individuals currently or seeking to be engaged in Recovery Support Services for a pre-existing or current Substance Use Disorder (SUD), 18 years and older, and below the age of 65. Participants must be living in Chenango, Otsego, or Delaware Counties in New York.

A recovery workforce is composed of individuals who have been in recovery and seeking employment or are looking to improve their careers.
