i hope you enjoy this video of my new morning routine this spring! I have really been working hard this past month to improve my fitness, overall health, mental health, soul, and mood. this is what's really been working for me from waking up early, doing self care, cooking healthy meals, attending yoga, journaling, meditating, drinking water & greens, etc.
