Families are holding out hope as the recovery effort continues for the victims of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse. Four people are still missing and presumed dead after a cargo ship crashed into the Key Bridge, likely sending them into the water below. Officials identified two victims whose bodies were pulled from the water Wednesday morning. They are identified as Alejandro Hernandez Fuentes, 35, of Baltimore and Dorlian Ronial Castillo Cabrera, 26, of Dundalk.
