Jeanette Jenkins here, and today we're using light weights to sculpt those arms, abs, and legs. Use 3 pounders, 5 pounders, or even 8 pounders, and make sure to bring a mat. These fun but challenging combos create tone in the muscles and help burn calories and body fat.

If you would like more of a challenge, you can always increase the weight of your dumbbells once you are comfortable with your form and technique. I want you to give me some nice, deep breaths throughout this session, especially during our warm-up. Proper breathing is important during workouts, so don't slack on me here!
