Many people visit Taipei, Taiwan as their 1st and top choice of destination. Did you also know that there are many other cities scattered throughout the island country that are absolutely worth visiting?

During our 6 week trip to Asia, we spent a lot of time in Taiwan so we decided to explore other parts of the island and the major port city of Kaohsiung was definitely a place we added to our list of destinations.

The city is very unique in that it offers visitors an experience of excellent dining from various street food markets to fine dining as well as many popular artistical and historic attractions.

In this video, explore everything we did and virtually eat with us at some of the popular places we decided to dine at during the 2 days we were here as well as take a daytrip with us out to the old mountain village of Fengqihu along the Alishan Forrest Railway before our arrival to Kaohsiung!
