16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
3 egg yolks
200g (4/5 cup) yogurt
500g (2.2 cups) cream cheese
3 egg whites
120g (0.6 cup) sugar

6 apples
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
20g almond flakes
