WHAT IS AN FLO-WELL® DRY WELL?
The Flo-Well Dry Well is a lightweight system that consists of 3 interlocking side panels and 1 cover. The gravel-free dry well holds up to 50 gallons and can temporarily store and slowly release water runoff back into the ground through the open bottom and side knockout weepholes. It can also connect to 4 in. drain pipes from any of the 12 side-panel knockout points to convey water for proper release downstream. The Flo-Well Dry Well System can be installed by itself or as part of a larger integrated drainage system. If you need to hold additional water, Flo-Well dry wells can be stacked up to four high, or put as many units as needed in a line.

EZ DRAIN INSTALLATION STEPS
Have underground utility lines marked so you can avoid them
Gather required Flo-Well Dry Well, Filter Fabric, Surface Drain Inlet with Grate, EZ Flow pipeless bundle, Tuff Track Paver, Universal Locking Outlet, and tools
Dig a minimum 3 ft. 2 in. deep hole with 4 ft. diameter
Dig trench for EZ Flow or pipe with a minimum 1% slope towards the Flo-Well; recommended for positive drainage
Use a hammer to knock out locations where the drain pipes will enter the Flo-Well
Assemble Flo-Well
Carefully cut along cutout line of knockout hole and connect universal adapter to Flo-Well
Use hammer to remove center knockout on lid and attach Surface Drain Inlet
Prepare base of hole with 24 in. Tuff Track Paver and place Flo-Well on top
Wrap Flo-Well in filter fabric, cut holes where pipe will connect; use tape to secure
Backfill with soil or with pipeless EZ Flow for the largest water storage capacity
