Skoda in Gran Turismo 7?! Well it certainly looks that way folks, with Skoda's own YouTube channel posting an early teaser for a scheduled video due out on the 24th of this month. Not long to wait then to see this somewhat random addition to - and here's where the otherwise great news gets divisive - the Vision GT programme. Even moreso an AWD all electric VGT, which despite paying homage to one if their classic 1957 racing sports cars, still seems somewhat doomed to the same fate as many EV's in Gran Turismo of being one hit wonders which many of us rarely use again...

Time will tell how this little fresh debut drives in the world of GT7, but either way I for one am certainly happy to see one of my favourite undervalued marques finally making its GT debut after all these years - welcome to Gran Turismo family Škoda!
