Why YouTube Comment are the best IDE for programming:    • Why YouTube Comments are the best IDE...

Every programmer has their favorite IDE for programming. Whether that's visual studio, vs code, pycharm, atom etc. But recently I watched in disbelief as Joma Tech used Microsoft word as an IDE.

As a programmer and Microsoft technical program manager, I know that Microsoft Paint is the best Microsoft IDE. Programming in Microsoft Paint combines the elegance of painting and the logical utility of coding. You might be tempted to use the text tool within Microsoft Paint, but no. You are meant to draw each character by hand. This teaches you mouse dexterity, patience, code readability, and ultimately just better coding practices.

From a technical perspective, how do you actually code in Microsoft Paint. I have a program running that looks for changes to a folder. When an image is uploaded, it uses Microsoft's optical character recognition API to extract text from the image. Then the program appends the extracted text to a python file, and then executes the python file. The OCR API is a bit iffy but sometimes it works.

Comment down below what you think the best IDE for programming is!
