How to do:
have full milk, empty bottle, and hookshot on C
hold target and aim hookshot at torch 1
drink milk. this "stores" the hookshot position and angle. it'll shoot next time you take out hookshot
go to another torch (torch 2) and hookshot it before you get pulled to torch 1
you'll be interrupted towards your pull to torch 1 by going to torch 2, and can now move around freely while still being "pulled"
in this state, you can't really gain or lose height, so that's why you hover around, as seen in last video
if you do manage to lose height (like by going downstairs, you'll be pulled back to the y coordinate of torch 1. you can use this momentum to clip out of bounds and navigate to the boss room
