In vibrant New York City, Jess & Erik have created an oasis of calm by setting up a Flow Hive on their rooftop. Ex-astrophysicist Jess was drawn to Flow’s easy honey harvesting technology - she says “I like that small innovations can make something tons better, and I also really hate killing bees.” With their bees collecting nectar from pockets of urban greenery surrounding their home, this new hobby has given the couple a way to connect with the local environment. And watching the sun set behind the bustling city while hanging out by the hive is now one of their favourite things to do.
