Attack on Titan is a beautiful show.


Since watching the ending of Attack on Titan, the majority of my time has been spent thinking about the show. It has been all consuming as I find myself examining the shows themes and characters, harvesting for ever richer details. Attack on Titan premiered 10 years ago and the journey that the anime took us on was nothing short of spectacular. When the manga ended 2 years ago, there was an out cry from the community that it did not live up to the standards set by the series. As an anime only, I anxiously awaited the ending to one of my favorite shows of all time, hoping that I would enjoy it and that it would reaffirm my love for the series. I am happy to say that after seeing Attack on Titan's final episode, I feel immensely satisfied. I recognize that not everyone enjoyed the ending but I found it to be a beautiful end to an incredible journey.
