This is the first 48 hours with our newborn baby. Immediately after having a c-section, my wife already wanted to leave the hospital. The first 48 hours of our son's life were some of the hardest in our experience. We got very little sleep, breastfeeding was a challenge, and my wife was recovering from a major abdominal surgery. If you're a new parent and life is hard right now, know that you aren't alone.
