There’s no limit on how long you can use Marc Pro for, but it’s recommended to use for at least 30-60 minutes. As a bare minimum you could use it for 15 minutes, but less than that won’t make a big difference. Thirty minutes to an hour may seem like a long time, but the nice thing about Marc Pro is that you set it and forget it. Once it’s going, it doesn’t require any attention.

It’s important to keep in mind, if you completed a strenuous workout or activity, leave Marc Pro on for longer. The more you can use it, the better.
