We surely all understand that movies are supposed to provide entertainment and communicate messages and moments only moving pictures can provide. But there have been more than a few occasions when movies have crossed the line when dealing with historical stories.

History has been rewritten numerous times in movies and when it's framed as historical fiction it can actually be quite entertaining. But when it borders towards being culturally insensitive and takes too many liberties with historical truths it can potentially get dangerous. So, which movies crossed that line?
