Donald Trump, will be arraigned on Tuesday.

It's at that point, that we will learn what charges the former US President faces, but sources indicate there could be up to 30 counts of document fraud.

He's been indicted by a grand jury in New York over an alleged hush-money payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
