CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE. This is an elegant, delicious baked chocolate dessert with a gooey chocolate centre. Definitely one for the chocoholics.

Ingredients
100g dark chocolate (70%)
80g butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
50g dark brown sugar
10g plain flour
pinch of salt

You will also need some extra butter for greasing the moulds and some cocoa powder too.

* Tip- This dessert should be served immediately
