1 cup (200 ml) oatmeal 100 g
nut
3 tablespoons thick yogurt
1 egg
70 ml milk or plant milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
1-2 bananas
Cook over low heat
Let cook for 10-15 minutes
Coconut flakes

100g oat flakes
150 ml milk
2 eggs
mix thoroughly
1 banana
Add mashed bananas to the oatmeal
1 apple
cut the apple into slices
Spread over the oat mixture
Cinnamon powder
Put in the oven
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
