Day6 are a South Korean rock band formed by JYP Entertainment. The band, comprising members Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon, (Jae - ex-member), made their debut on September 7, 2015, with the mini-album "The Day," featuring the lead single "Congratulations." Unlike many K-pop groups, Day6 distinguishes themselves with a focus on live band performances and a signature rock sound.

Their musical style blends rock elements with pop, pop-rock, and other genres, characterized by emotive lyrics, powerful vocals, and strong instrumental performances. In 2017, Day6 launched the "Every Day6" project, releasing two songs each month throughout the year, showcasing their versatility and prolific songwriting abilities.
