So I gave this water fasting a try, and what I learned, is that it sucks donkey ass.

How anyone can call starvation 'healthy' is beyond me.

Sure you lose weight, you're starving yourself! The weight loss comes from fluids and your body eating it's own muscle and organs to survive.

I'm not saying there isn't a place for intermittent fasting, maybe there is, but a water only fast? Nahh.. Save what muscle you have, get some fresh air & exercise, eat a healthy plant based diet and you'll lose more weight and actually be healthy instead of deficient in all kinds of nutrients, oh and food lol.

Let my headaches, my nausea, my irritability be your lesson, oh and don't bin the contents of your fridge like I did.. lmfaoooo.

Common sense people. No one got ill from eating fruits, vegetables and doing exercise. Get a push bike, you'll burn soooo many calories from cycling and it's FUN!
