Austin is back out to help John Etie with removing and replacing rusty floor pans in his K5 Blazer in Part 2 of the restoration. They start by cutting out all the spots that are rusted out in the floor pans then making templates for replacements out of cardboard. After cutting out all the pieces required, they weld them back in place with the help of the Everlast Hurricane 220. They find that welding thin metal with MIG is not quite the same as heavy pipe and gain a new respect for the process.
