The man with JFK Jr in this video is not positively identified, though it's probably his cousin Max Kennedy (Matthew Maxwell Taylor Kennedy). JFK Jr. was the son of President John F. Kennedy, who was assassinated in office in 1963. John Jr. himself would die when the small aircraft he was piloting crashed into the sea, on July 16, 1999.
