NOTE: In the beginning of the video you'll be using 1 tsp of salt. Then once the meat cooks for 1 hour and your ready to add the rest of the ingredients Only add 1/2 tsp of salt. I got confused its 1 1/2 tsp all together. So dont add more salt then that to the whole recipe. Also we had to add Sofrito behind the scenes cause I forgot, lol My head sometimes.Stir and taste occasionally add more water if needed but not much more. Got it? We love you so much.
